@VirginMobileUAE worst network of UAE.
Don’t buy from them.
Bcoz:
1- no customer services system exist.
2- no where to call if u have any problem.
3- charge the card , without knowledge. And u can’t do anything.
4- I felt like being cheated by Virgin mobile UAE.

@virginmedia Issue 1 has been resolved - i.e. Virgin mobile not being cancelled due to the incompetence of Virgin Media.
Issue 2 remains - i.e. still do not have internet, but we will see what happens on 1-Feb (the [current] proposed install date)...

@virginmobilecan you guys have horrible tech support. They do not escalate issue and keep asking me to reboot modem and hang up. My internet keeps dropping every 4-5 hours. I can’t keep rebooting Steve modem.

@virginmobilecan Thank you. It came back on soon after I tweeted. However, this has been an ongoing issue for over a year. I lose service way too much, apparently bc I am close to the border. I think you should give me a good roaming plan bc I pay way too much to only have service half the time.
