@travelocity I have tried to resolve this issue via chat several times. @JetBlue says Travelocity need to take care of it. We have a credit and can’t use it because both companies say the other is responsible. You got paid and I can’t get the tickets.

Been trying to change flight for 3 days, website can’t find my itinerary, can’t get anyone on the phone, and now got a message through Facebook saying they would get back to me, and it’s been 26 HOURS since that message. @travelocity No, we can do this in public. I booked a car from BNA to ONT from today to April 12, paid in advance + $80 insurance. I called three times to ensure there would be no problem. I arrived to pick up my car, only to be told that the reservation can not be honored. 1/2

Which airline will stand up and crush the competition? If @SouthwestAir is smart, they will. They're already headquartered out of Dallas and not included in airfare searches on sites like Travelocity. They're leaders in innovation. They should lead on this issue too.

@AerLingus Currently getting shuttled back and forth between you and Travelocity over who is to issue a voucher for a flight canceled due to COVID *last May*. A rather neat way to swindle a single mum out of her money (which is even more limited now.) Shame on you.

@travelocity has their system down, incapable of making online changes to existing flights, therefore having you resort to calling in. Then when you call in, the EXACT same flight is $40 more, but they claim there are no additional fees. Won’t be using them again.

@travelocity is complicit in @Aerolineas_AR stealing $10,000 when they refused to give my mother a refund for a trip she booked before the pandemic. Argentina is locked down so we can’t travel there. She bought trip insurance but it doesn’t cover an unprecedented pandemic.

@travelocity sucks! I was on hold for 1.5 hours today before I gave up. Then I tried virtual chat and they took forever to answer my questions but I stayed on because progress was happening. Just as she was about to issue me a new ticket, she got "disconnected"! Is this a joke?
