@travelocity I have tried to resolve this issue via chat several times. @JetBlue says Travelocity need to take care of it. We have a credit and can’t use it because both companies say the other is responsible. You got paid and I can’t get the tickets.

@travelocity has the worst customer service. I have no idea how many times I had to call and my issue is still not resolved. And now it’s impossible to get somebody on the phone. Ridiculous. Stay away! #travel

@travelocity why is it you can charge my credit card for a trip, but not issue me an itinerary number that can be found, and why can’t you find my phone number? Is this a scam? I can’t talk to anybody without that information.

@travelocity @JetBlue terrible customer service. Multiple attempts on my part to contact and resolve my issue with unused credit that was apparently expired with no communication to us. I've lost thousands of dollars. Never will I use your services again.

Been trying to change flight for 3 days, website can’t find my itinerary, can’t get anyone on the phone, and now got a message through Facebook saying they would get back to me, and it’s been 26 HOURS since that message. Don’t expect a fast response

@TravelocityHelp tried calling customer support with a double charge issue and got the “an agent should enter the phone call within 1-2 minutes”.....hours later, nothing but music. Pretty outrageous.

@travelocity I spoke with three people on three separate occasions from Travelocity on the phone since confirming my reservation , and each one of them ensured me I would have no issue using a debit card when arriving to the airport. 2/

@travelocity No, we can do this in public. I booked a car from BNA to ONT from today to April 12, paid in advance + $80 insurance. I called three times to ensure there would be no problem. I arrived to pick up my car, only to be told that the reservation can not be honored. 1/2

Which airline will stand up and crush the competition? If @SouthwestAir is smart, they will. They're already headquartered out of Dallas and not included in airfare searches on sites like Travelocity. They're leaders in innovation. They should lead on this issue too.

@AerLingus Currently getting shuttled back and forth between you and Travelocity over who is to issue a voucher for a flight canceled due to COVID *last May*. A rather neat way to swindle a single mum out of her money (which is even more limited now.) Shame on you.

@travelocity has their system down, incapable of making online changes to existing flights, therefore having you resort to calling in. Then when you call in, the EXACT same flight is $40 more, but they claim there are no additional fees. Won’t be using them again.

@travelocity is complicit in @Aerolineas_AR stealing $10,000 when they refused to give my mother a refund for a trip she booked before the pandemic. Argentina is locked down so we can’t travel there. She bought trip insurance but it doesn’t cover an unprecedented pandemic.

@travelocity We Paid for double occupancy only one person is on each reservation our children ages 8 and 12 are not on the reservation so they will not allow us to check in we are international with nowhere to go. Please fix our reservations

@travelocity sucks! I was on hold for 1.5 hours today before I gave up. Then I tried virtual chat and they took forever to answer my questions but I stayed on because progress was happening. Just as she was about to issue me a new ticket, she got "disconnected"! Is this a joke?
