Ur services in Delhi -41 area is very very bad. I lodged complaint on ur app but wt fixing issue they close complaint. Service team is not responding. Plz close my account and return my money. Ur team on ground is useless. Ur customer care is chargble n nt connected

Your engineer has came, took my mobile and did the speed the test. That I can also do. He saw download speed is 7Mbps and my plan is of 15Mbps.
His resolution -> Observe the issue two more days and register the complaint. Ghunta utna hi kam hai kya?

What and how am I supposed to work with this speed?
I have made several complaints to employees of @TikonaTIL but no action has been taken yet. The wifi is installed in AmbedkarPuram, Kanpur.

@TikonaTIL @consumerforum_ inform you my Tikona user ID is 1124198626 facing lots of issues. All time I got the temporary solution. Facing connectivity, suddenly internet speed down. Expect final and permeant solution on ASAP based. Otherwise need to switch service provider.
