@earthtoariana if u go to the tour section, scroll down to the show ur looking for it’ll say ‘vip’ ‘rsvp’ and ‘tickets’ i think? click tickets and it should bring u to the ticketmaster where u can enter the code!!

@TicketmasterCS @TMFanSupport They tell me to cancel the transfer ticket request and try again, yet there is not button to cancel the transfer, because its never actually been submitted, which is the whole issue ive been trying to solve.
