Anyone else have issues with the BT App? Constantly crashing. Unable to access emails on Galaxy S7. Followed Samsung's advice, sotware updates, removed apps etc etc. Still an issue. @SamsungSupport #bt.com

@SamsungSupport My S21 was broken from day 1. Was promised twice that I'd get a callback from a supervisor but nothing. Authorized repair company says it is a defective phone. Now you want to send me a used device for the one I paid new price for. (medical worker in ICU btw)

@SamsungSupport My galaxy buds+ have uneven audio that wasn't happening this morning. Now the right earbud is much quieter than the left, and nothing seems to fix it. They are clean, it's not that. Unpairing and re-pairing doesn't work.

@SamsungSupport How about addressing the YouTube app issue on the 1310.4 firmware TVs ? It has been a problem for over 5 months now, so it should be time to be transparent and tell us paying customers WHAT and WHERE exactly is the problem: firmware, hardware, etc. AND when can we expect a fix.

i was able to solve the exact same myQ problem @LinusTech had in this video with a $50 Meross garage door controller that uses its own wireless switch to open/close the door via app, voice commands, homekit, or smartthings

@SamsungSupport Thanks, Nina, for sending. I tried these steps a few times before tweeting and unfortunately saw no resolution so I had to log a support ticket. I would love to see if a new power cord might fix the issue or if there is a way to have someone service quicker than next week.

Since I saw a ton of negative comments, I just want to say my experience with @SamsungSupport has been great. Did it take a few days to get my issue solved? Sure. Was it fixed on one try? No. But I always had attentive people helping and in a week my problem is gone. Thanks guys!

@tapbot_paul Ah bummer, I see that now. Yeah, I prefer the Inovelli ($$$) or Aeotec ($$$$) Zwave sensors since config can be customized… so hard to justify over Aqara or SmartThings Zigbee sensors at half the cost. Problem is the Aqara ones are just such a strange (and ugly) form factor…

But when Chrome updated Web view started update by itself .

@SamsungSupport Your support in India is failing, please look into that. We are 2 senior citizens requesting servicing of our AC that stops after a few min of running in 42-degree Celsius heat: neither does the telephone rep acknowledge our problem, nor they connect us to the supervisor!
