@SamsungSupport I did contact the support 800 number, and they just told me the same, not covered?? No help. This is not good, I've owned a Samsung since the Note 2, and never had a problem like this!

@SamsungSupport I've been trying to get my ultra s22 I bought in MARCH fixedi t has a water in the USB error even though it never got wet. best guy can't fix it due to it being an exclusive color, no at home repair is available. only option is to send it to you for over 2 weeks?

@SamsungSupport I have a Z Fold 3 that the inner screen died with a black line down the center, they support is claiming is out of warranty on an 8 month old phone(no scratches on it) WTF?? 😡😠

@SamsungSupport, @SamsungMobileUS, @SamsungUS, I was told by a Samsung Rep to send my Z Fold 3 in for warranty repair (Its 8 months old, and not a scratch on it) as the inner LCD had a black line down the center of the screen. Now its not covered under warranty???😡

@SamsungSupport Samsung. I purchased a dryer and it was broken from delivery, for one week I have spent a total of 8+ HOURS on hold with your home appliance department, why is it so hard to replace a dryer? Why is there no actual live chat support? Why is it impossible to return?

@SamsungSupport That worked for a year or so but the problem came back after it was out of warranty. Now Lowes, Home Depot, our local Utility comp. and other repair services won't touch a Samsung fridge so we're having to buy a new fridge after only 6 years!

@SamsungSupport Already did that, several times over the years and had a tech out here when it first started to give up problems. He said the drip tube was stopped up and opened up the back to fix it and put some sort of metal fitting on the inside behind the back wall to help keep it clear.

@automated_hous Oh, that's a very fair point! I hadn't thought about that. I have the same issue with Alexa and SmartThings. But it would still be nice to have a "select all" or "select multiple" type of option too, though.
