Hey @Skyscanner I don't think you can really blame Covid for slowing down the refund process, when our flight cancellation happened on Jan 2nd 2020. It's been literally 9 months.

@Mulkeen @Skyscanner It's quite unusual. You still go through a p***port check on landing, even though technically Norway. And one of the settlements we stopped at is fully Russian. Very unusual place. I got lucky and was on one of the 4 sailings that made it before it locked down again.

@clairel213 @DVCPippa @British_Airways @Skyscanner VA but it was a Delta flight. VA cancelled the flight no problem, then the fun started. Cancelled 30th March, due to fly 4th April, got my money back 12th August from the credit card because VA messed around so much. Should have been 90 day refund.

99.9999% of our users do not have the problem you're experiencing. Try searching the same flight on Kayak instead of Skyscanner.

I have been trying to contact your customer service number all day (from Ireland) regarding a flight which was cancelled by the airline.
