Core n/w, local n/w & backend
issues keep repeating.
Please look into these & resolve.
Though it's fiber optic but breaks like dialup connection. Poor QoS

@CMDRailTel Sir ,Customer from Kerala. Connection was taken 1.5 weeks ago, we have been experiencing frequent disconnections, local customer care is very unsupportive to solve the issue. Very disappointed with the service. Kindly help in resolving ASAP.

I got the railwire broadband connection on 29th Dec. It worked till 30th Dec and stopped working. The service is still down. Had it been a private firm they would have taken it seriously and fixed it instantly but who cares for govt. Organisation. @RailTel
