I told my @lyft driver to please put on a mask, and she did, then I added that I have a brain tumor and had radiation this year. She was sweet, but CONTINUALLY pulled her mask down to talk. Made me very uncomfortable. @AskLyft can you train better?

My friend who drives for @lyft was about to get a big bonus- her app magically had some sort of "issue" and didn't allow her to reach it. So we started doing some research. Turns out thousands of drivers are having these issues. If you don't want to pay people, just say that.

@peterkrupa i now have a sprained back because i idiotically called for a LyftXL to the airport and had to lift my 40-lb bike box up super high and then struggle to fit it into the tiny cargo area got to bogota and easily got the whole bike box in a hatchback with the back seat down

I appreciate the former secretary's engagement, but with all due respect, this issue was known about since 2017. It's another case of "Metro know about (safety problem) for years and did nothing." Doesn't seem "attuned" to me, sir. Their attitude has killed and enriched Lyft.
