@****oFresh is losing my business. The delivery service (cheap knock-off, 1-star rated company) is horrid & never gets my delivery here. Found it 1/4 mile down the road in the gutter today (not the first time, either). Pricing isn’t clear, but can forgive that for better delivery

So, 4 hours after being asked to DM our details so @****oFreshUK could resolve our problem, we still have no box and no updates. The replies to my DM were very polite, but basically said "we don't know where your box is". All in all, pretty terrible.

@NatalieRobinKel @****oFreshUK @****oFresh Yes, no problem with content, just it’s a bit difficult when what you are intending to eat doesn’t turn up, and then you find it is incredibly hard to get in touch with them and get an answer, so I will be sticking with Sainsbury’s instead who have never let me down

There was an issue where some of us didn't get parcels last Sunday, received an email saying it'll come Monday, then on Monday saying it just won't come 🙈. Others were told diff through here. Confusing.
