@GotPrint I called back and the issue was nothing that Jim had mentioned it was a simple payment issue. Jim mentioned it was a image size issue . And when I called the second time "Joseph" did a great job ***isting me and helping with the real issue and everything was taken care of.

Authors, I had just a terrible experience with @GotPrint and will not be using them again. I sent an email about the terrible and unusable print job on my cards and was told I would receive a store credit to reprint. @DelilahSDawson @GotPrint Last time I ordered bookmarks, it was from NextDayFlyers. They have really good customer service—I had an issue with some postcards not arriving in time for a con I was going to, and they shipped a whole new order for free straight to the hotel.

@GotPrint Is this the trim line? See arrow. I’ve extended my design up until there but I’m still told that it needs to be extended towards the edge. I tried doing your online proofing and manage to get the check mark, but when I request to download proof. I get another issue again :( https://t.co/wNduAgoACB

@GotPrint he is not listening to the problem or checking the pictures that have been provided. Is there a number I can call or a person in charge that I can talk to? On $80 order they want to give me 30 in store credit. That doesn't work for me as I can't use these cards

@GotPrint hey, I don't want to air this out on a tweet but your customer service is a joke & only read from a script. There is a serious issue with my business cards. The backs are perfect but the fronts are printed crooked and all this guy is talking about is offset of the cut

@GotPrint Luckily I was able to print with another company in time, but I wasted hundreds of dollars. Their customer service told me the issue was the file type, then when I re-ordered with a new file type, they told me it was the paper selection. They gaslit me at every opportunity.

@GotPrint There’s nothing to check. It was finally shipped. The problem is EVERY ORDER TAKES FOREVER. I have a graphic designer load the files. It’s good to go. It’s always a solid week to ten days before it’s shipped. Not acceptable in 2021.
