I've been MIA because power & WiFi has only been on intermittent the last few weeks & end of quarter. It's still crazy. Locals: Another huge tree down on Highway 9 Google maps (as usual) hasn't figured it out or is showing yet. School buses going up 9 will be delayed.

@Kpbrah07 If you use google maps, you use the globe model. The "observable" interaction is WRITTEN DOWN. The tell you the measured angles. If you're too dumb to understand numbers, not my problem.

@gretakaul I usually get decent results with Google maps for trip planning. The Transit app is the one I use for real time arrivals though it can be a problem if a bus or train runs so late that it thinks it’s a no-show.

Often, when following Google maps public transit directions, it shows that we are on a bus or train other than the one we are on and that I selected in Google maps. There is a problem here.

Nearly every time I ask Google maps for directions from my current location, it starts the directions at the place that my previous directions request started rather than my current location. There is a problem here..

@PrinceOfBagel the door to get into the actual warehouse is down a side street the other door on the main road is for offices i’m pretty sure! if you look on google maps on the street view you will see the warehouse door just round the corner!

@BeingHelpish The one that really truly bugs me is not being able to see the number on the house. Google maps is good at getting you close but I cant tell you many times I have to go and forth looking for a number. Nothing else is an issue with customers. The restaurants on the other hand....

@waze Thanks for the note, and I followed you (which seems funny). When I click on an address in my contacts list (iPhone), GoogleMaps opens - how do I change to Waze as the default? I Iike GM, but it frequently gives me wrong info - I think it has a drinking problem

@TfL what is going on with the 341 bus southbound at the moment? Every day at the moment down Green Lanes it’s between 10-15 mins delayed and expected times on google maps and Citymapper changing all the time. Or the bus just doesn’t come at all??

@googlemaps I have been using the suggested edit on maps although the problem is quite complex and the team ignore the suggestion edit. Please help as this has caused several groups to travel to the wrong location and many more who have not booked due to their belief of where we are located.

I swear to god some street signs are so confusing to read. There literally could a be a sign on the road pointing a place towards the left, right, up and down and I still have to rely on Google maps to get to the nearest McDonald's.

Hey @googlemaps, I just noticed that when I click the drop down menu next to the search bar while signed in on Google Maps, I no longer see a "Your Places" option, by which to get to "My Maps". Luckily, I had an email link to the map I needed, but do you have any advice?
