@locknfestival @frontgatetix Lockn really missed an opportunity today to provide exceptional customer service. Extremely disappointed that they have not resolve my refund issue!! It has been 93 days since the deadline to issue my refund accordingly !! 93 days!!!!!

@EDC_Orlando @frontgatetix It would be nice if these two companies could work on their communication AND customer service, thumbs down to whoever processing the applications on the refunds they whiffed the whole operation. Still being refused my refund #EDCOrlando. DM me to talk.
