@DoorDash by far the worst food app Iโve ever used. Every single time I use it, I always encounter some issue. Missing orders, removing my favorite restaurants. Lately Iโve been using Postmates more since they have better selections and service.

@DoorDash_Help I keep getting notified that I have to update my payment method. There is nothing wrong with my debit card. It doesn't expire for 18 months and you still took out the payment from the card anyway. This is a problem on your end, so fix it.

um doordash needs to fix itself my acceptance rate goes down but the order never comes through the app how am i suppose to accept it if it doesnโt pop up & also rn taco bell isnโt getting their orders so i have to decline these orders so my rates just keep going down omfg

One problem being, our acceptance rate goes down for every decline- with Top Dasher if our AR goes under 70% weโre told we wonโt get sent the best orders. The food should be ok IF in the insulated bag.

@DoorDash How about adding an option to DECLINE plastic utensils, napkins and condiments from your order?
I always write that in the notes section but restaurants often miss it. Do they think we donโt own cutlery? Make the app more Green and letโs cut down on plastic waste!
