@SandyKaragianni Sorry for the lag, the link on my main resource is broken and it's throwing me off.
Look into @Codecademy and @ProcessingOrg to start.
Also consider the interactive book "Nature of Code"
(I know there are more; I will keep working on this.)

If you have a set task and you're finding it hard to start, count down 5 seconds and get up to do it without thinking.

You can learn Python and start to automate boring work in 10 hours:
• Taking codecademy to learn the basic syntax (8 hours)
• Set up environment (2 hours)
• Find a problem and start to automate.
Using is the best way to learn.

Below it cuts off the y of January.

Good. Use the AI as a tool. Learn things.
I was using it to supplement learning Python3 and javascript on Codecademy. Will love to see it come back in full force :D

@RollersonSteven I'm probably not the best person to ask, but I learned some basic Python and C# using Codecademy back in the day. Was a decent free resource to get started with the principles.
Most of what I learned came from a need to solve a problem.

@lrobbo89 @Codecademy Main thing is you enjoy it! I like codewars too, lots of challenges to practice problem solving. Coding is a fun rabbit hole to go down without worrying about what you'll use it for yet! Lots of resources out there too if you decide you want a job out of it in the end as well.

@scrumtuous Incrementally learn by doing. No need for being overly ambitious then losing focus/p***ion. @Codecademy is a great place to start. Have a small, clear goal; then break it down to even smaller goals, “I want to do simple math on a csv file and display it in s****” <- lots to learn

@AliAbdaal Start with @Codecademy to learn python.
Then use @Replit to create some small projects.
When you feel kinda fluid with replit and py, download @code.
Finally learn how to contribute on @github.
While doing the above, use Google to fix any problem you will find when coding.
