@canva Hi there! It's not a custom font, it's happening with the base fonts, i.e. Lato or Lemon Tuesday. I've updated my browser and my OS, and still the same issue.

@canva Just make it clear it can’t be downloaded. Nowhere in any of the help docs or interface does it say that you can’t download, and that’s an easy fix. You could do that tomorrow. If a feature has limitations, that’s fine, just be honest about it.

It is actually a small issue about trying to put a video, inside a frame & however I do it, I still keep chopping bits of the video off. I think the video needed to be wider angled
