@AmericanAir @AmericanAir The rumor in the CLO airport is that this has been happening all week with AA. I am wondering whether the Colombian authorities are causing the problems in order to boost Avianca, or whether the problem lies with AA planes or management.

@AviancaEscucha March 6: No emails or calls from Avianca. I call again. 38 minutes in the call and AGAIN disconnected! No returned call, so I call back. The support rep insists now that I must wait one more day to escalate the issue since the flight is not yet within 24 hours.

@AviancaEscucha I’ve provided my cc information. I keep getting lies back. First the cc rejected the refund, then the cc company won’t allow the refund, I’ve called my cc company no refunds attempts have been made. The last lie from Avianca that the cc system is down. Why won’t you refund my cc?

I said they should bring my partner come down because its her bag. The guy refused and said that 'because my name was on the bag it was my responsibility' – BUT I didn't put my name on the bag! @Avianca needs to be more responsible when tagging bags & treat customers better. (P3)

@AviancaEscucha The problem is that it is not specific. It is the general service that has deteriorated. I used to fly Avianca weekly and it was another company. Just came off a flight from Bogotá to Barcelona and the food was awful. You feel you are asking flight attendants for favours.
