One day I booked, cancelled, rebooked, cancelled and rebooked all in one day with no issue! The Broadway theatres that use seatgeek make it really easy too. So baffling!

You may never have had a problem, but for specific shows they're refusing to allow refunds, exchanges or transfers of tickets and when they're as expensive as they are it's completely unreasonable.

Hey @ATGTICKETS you need to work on access tix, your access number for @dukeofyorksLDN is wrong, you then expect the caller to write down the new number, connection to new access line terrible 10 mins on hold and I was disconnected mid order! Too much work to see @SecondHalfProds

I usually use the website to pre-book which I can access (back and white) but the site was down. Booking at the counter was grey and blue; I couldn't tell which seats were available.
