@roguewavemedia @digimat Not entirely sure! It's always worked well for me. I don't store anything in Adobe CC. The only issue I ever had was Adobe bridge not accessing files in dropbox, but I tried a few months ago and that seems resolved too!

I don't use any font I either don't have a direct license for or that isn't a part of a service like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud so it was easy for me to locate the issue.
What I can't figure out is how they reached me through an email I've never used before or have displayed

@AdobeCare Excuse me! I spoke with the liaison to two companies responsible for providing the license and product registration keys necessary to mitigate this problem. Office Depot in Lynwood, WA refused to process a refund for a software key and registrable product. I spoke with your CC:

@AdobeCare It’s working now, but has been off and on for days so who knows if it’s “fixed”. Main problem is AE not loading projects. No error message, but the projects loads completely empty like a new project. Restarting computer seems to reset sometimes but not always

Unstable, very slow and crash all the time.
Just switched to DaVinci Resolve which is supposed to use much more resources... Much smoother than premiere pro by far (and it's a free AIO).
Same thing for Seriff Affinity apps!
