Ticket SR10267263475884 is closed. Wow @ACTFibernet @forum_consumer ticket is been closed without resolving the issue. How come itās possible? And when I spoke back to the customer care person regarding why the ticket is closed he said I Dont know for what reason it was closed

The day when I got connection I'm getting 10 mbps speed but my connection is 75 mbps.
