Hi Team, Raised an SR :SR10163268351894 for internet not working, expected resolution time is 16/10/2021 02:00 PM.But not yet resolved and no one is taking ownership to resolve the issue.This is the second time we are facing this issue within a span of one week.

Oct12-I sent an email & raised a ticket noting that my payment is not reflected.Everyday someone closes, without resolving the issue. Now I receive a call threatening that service will be disconnected. Unprofessional, poor service

@ACTFibernet I received a call from the technical team from Chennai and he agreed to escalate the issue to the concerned team yet I have not received any response or have been contacted. I had an issue again on Wednesday and the field engineer attended to it and the ticket was closed.

Every few weeks, someone visits and fixes it at my place or the 2 connections at my grandparent’s and then it’s back to square one. It’s not worked properly at all 3 places even for a day in the last year
